Onsite Kit
Built for the hall.
Everything a hall contest needs, in the same console where you set the problems. In a hall an Event Pack counts logins, not people: 300 teams, one login each.
Running your own intra contest or lab round? Exam Pro opens these tools for up to 60 teams, and yearly Exam Pro carries one Onsite Kit a year for a bigger one.
One login per team.
Upload a roster, 500 teams at a time. Every team gets one username and password, on a sheet you print or in a CSV. One computer, one login, the way an ICPC runs. The logins close 7 days after the contest.
A seat for every team.
Draw each room as a grid, up to 60 by 60, or paste a list of seats. The roster puts every team in its seat, and the standings can show it.
Prints reach the right room.
A team sends its code to print, and the job waits in the queue of the room it sits in. 3 every 10 minutes, by default.
Balloons, tracked.
Each team's first solve of a problem lands on a board your volunteers work through, and through the freeze too if you want it. Up to 50 volunteers.

Online, every team member counts toward the people limit. In a hall with the Onsite Kit, a team counts once: one login. A team holds up to 10 people, a coach included.
An Event Pack runs beside any plan, Free and Exam Pro included, and does not use up one of your plan's contests.
Exam Pro's hall tools hold up to 60 teams or people in a contest; yearly Exam Pro includes one Onsite Kit a year, which lifts that for one contest. Every bigger hall contest runs on an Event Pack with the Onsite Kit, and a season of them is the IUPC Bundle.
Workspace snapshots start once you choose the focus profile and switch them on.
Team contests are never rated. A rated round is set by Progsity after your request.

Is it really free?
Yes. One contest open at a time, 4 new a month, up to 100 people, and no card. You pay only for more: Creator Pro for regular rounds, Exam Pro for an institution's year, an Event Pack for one big day.
We are running an IUPC. What do we buy?
The onsite contest: an Event Pack with the Onsite Kit, ৳18,000 for up to 300 teams, one login each, with every hall tool. Each 100 more teams costs ৳4,000, up to 1,000. Our team is beside you too: your own judge for the day, a person on call for the day, a rehearsal with us the day before, a mock round on the same logins, the reveal on the projector and certificates with your logo. On yearly Exam Pro, your year's Onsite Kit runs one hall contest of any size by itself, with no pack.
We already have Exam Pro. Why buy an Event Pack?
Exam Pro covers your own contests all year: online with no limit, and in a hall up to 60 teams, with one Onsite Kit a year on yearly Exam Pro for a bigger one. You run them yourself, on the shared judge. An Event Pack gives you one big day with us: your own judge for the day, a person on call for the day, a rehearsal with us the day before, a mock round on the same logins, the reveal on the projector and certificates with your logo.
Do participants need an account?
Online, yes: a free Progsity account, which takes a minute. In a hall with the Onsite Kit, no: you upload a roster and each team gets a login.
Can I use my own problems?
Yes. Write them in Author Studio or import a Polygon package, add tests, and check a reference solution against them before the day. Problems you set stay yours.
What happens after the contest?
The standings stay on the contest page, and the editorials open. An hour after the end each contestant gets one email with a link to the standings. Your moderators keep the solve-time and similarity reports.
