Project: Split One File Into a Real Project

The program reads log lines from stdin until the input ends. A line it can use starts with a time, HH:MM:SS, then a space and one of four levels in capitals: DEBUG, INFO, WARN or ERROR. The rest of the line is the message, which the summary never reads. Such a line is timed. Every other line is skipped: an empty line, a time out of range, a level in lower case.
