Where to find the courses you bought

1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
2. Choose My courses in the menu. Every course you are enrolled in is there, with your progress.
3. Press Start learning or Continue learning to open a course.

You can filter the list to In progress or Completed. Digital products you bought are on the same page, under Digital products.

A course is missing

• Check that you are signed in with the account you paid from. A second account does not see the first one's courses, even with the same name.
• Check the order in Orders and payments. A course opens only once its order shows Paid. See I paid, but my course has not opened yet.
• Still missing? Open a ticket in Course access with the course name and the email address of your account.
