Forgot your password? Reset it

1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address of your account and press Send reset link.
3. Open the email from Progsity and press the link. It works for 1 hour.
4. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters, type it twice and press Update password. You are signed in.

No email?

• Check your spam folder.
• Check the address. For your safety the page says the same thing whether or not an account exists for it, so a typo looks just like success.
• One reset email goes out at most every 20 minutes for an account. If you asked twice quickly, wait and use the newest email.
• Signed up with Google or GitHub? You can keep using Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub with the same email, without a password.

Still locked out? Write to us from the contact page with the email address of your account. Never send your password or a one-time code: Progsity never asks for them.
