Where to see your orders and payment status

Everything you buy is in one list, with where each payment stands.

1. Open your dashboard and the account menu.
2. Choose Orders and payments.
3. Press View details on an order to see its order ID, the date, what you paid with, the TrxID and, once confirmed, the date it was confirmed.

What each status means

• Pending: the order is placed and the payment is not confirmed yet.
• Paid: the payment is confirmed. Go to course opens what you bought.
• Cancelled: the order was stopped and opens nothing.
• Refunded: the money for this order was returned.

Plans you pay for, such as a quiz plan, are in Plan and billing in the same menu, with what is left of each allowance this month.

Something looks wrong on an order? Open a ticket in Payment and orders and write the order ID.
