How to pay for a course with bKash or Nagad

In Bangladesh you pay for a course with bKash or Nagad from your own phone, then give us the transaction ID (TrxID). A person on the Progsity team checks the payment and opens your course.

Steps

1. Sign in, open the course page and press the button to enroll.
2. On the checkout page, pick bKash or Nagad. The page shows the number to pay, whether to use Make Payment or Send Money, and the exact amount, each with a copy button.
3. In your bKash or Nagad app, pay that exact amount to that number, the way the page says.
4. Keep the transaction ID from the app's confirmation. It looks something like 8N7A2CX91K.
5. Back on the checkout page, type it in the Transaction ID (TrxID) box and press Place order.

After you place the order

The order shows as Pending in Orders and payments until the team confirms the payment. Once it is confirmed, the order shows Paid, you get a notification, and the course appears in My courses.

Before you pay

• Pay to the number the checkout page shows when you pay. If someone sends you a different number in a message, do not use it.
• Pay the exact amount on the page. If you applied a coupon or credit, the amount on the page already has it taken off.
• Keep the SMS or a screenshot of the payment until your course opens.

Paid, and the course has not opened? Read I paid, but my course has not opened yet, or open a ticket in Payment and orders with your TrxID.
