How to ask for a refund
Updated Oct 23, 2026
Refunds follow the Refund Policy on the Policies page. Please read it first: it says which cases can qualify and which usually cannot.
The policy, in short
- It looks at cases such as a technical failure that stops access after payment, a duplicate payment, or a checkout error caused by Progsity.
- Ask as soon as you can. The policy says generally within 7 days of the payment for digital products, unless the product's own page says otherwise.
- A refund may be refused when the content or exam attempts have been substantially used, and in the other cases the policy lists.
How to ask
Open a ticket in Payment and orders, signed in with the account you paid from, and write:
- the order ID,
- the date you paid, the amount and how you paid,
- the TrxID, if you paid with bKash or Nagad,
- what went wrong, with a screenshot if you have one.
The support team cannot approve a refund themselves. They pass your request to an admin, who checks it against the policy and with the payment provider, and the answer comes back on your ticket.
